Terms of use

Policy version: 2026-10-16.1. Last updated: 16 October 2026. Creator Intelligence is developed by Steven Patrick Buglione as an individual.

Software license

The project’s code and documentation are available under the MIT license. That license governs your rights to use, copy, modify and redistribute the software, including its warranty disclaimer. These website terms do not add restrictions to the MIT grant. Dependencies and container images retain their own licenses.

Self-hosted operation

This site provides documentation and source links. It does not offer a hosted analytics account, access to the maintainer’s private deployment, shared Google credentials or a service-level commitment. Operators must configure and secure their own installations, obtain necessary channel authorization, and provide accurate privacy disclosures for their deployment.

YouTube and other providers

By using YouTube API Services through the application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Applicable Google API policies, OAuth requirements, quotas and permissions continue to apply. An open-source license or another operator’s approval does not grant your project additional metrics or retention permissions. No Google/YouTube approval or endorsement is claimed for this release.

Information and production decisions

The software is a release candidate with documented limitations. Official data retains its source and observation context; missing data is not a measured zero. Creative suggestions are independent output, not a promise of views, audience response or future performance. Review factual accuracy, originality and rights before producing a video. Existing production and publishing tools have their own permissions and terms.
